1. Check If It & Right For You:

•  Review the Kimberley DAMA Occupations and Concessions List.
• Get professional advice if needed.

2. EKCCI Endorsement:

 

• Must operate in the Kimberley for 12+ months.
• Show genuine need for overseas workers.
•  Prove you tried to hire locally.
•  Offer fair wages and conditions.

 Justify any requested concessions (age, language, pay).
3. Application Process

•  Complete the Endorsement Request Form.
•  Provide supporting documents (see checklist).
•  Pay the endorsement fee (per position):
• EKCCI members: $885 (GST incl)
•  Non-members: $985 (GST incl)
•  $275 for variations or roll overs.

 Send PDF documents and a separate credit card authority.

4. What Happens Next:

• EKCCI processes requests within 10 business days.
• If approved, EKCCI sends endorsement to Home Affairs and you.
• You apply for a Kimberley DAMA Labour Agreement online (no fee).
• You can often nominate workers shortly after applying.
• After Labour agreement approval, you can nominate workers as needed
• Visa fees and levies apply.

 

5. Ongoing Management:

• Labour Agreements last 5 years.
• You can request variations (add jobs, etc.).
